Formulated with NO wheat or wheat gluten, rice, barley, rye and oats. Also excludes red meat, fish, dairy products and artificial colours, flavours and preservatives – known allergens that may trigger food allergies or intolerances.

Formulated to be gentle on sensitive digestive systems with chicken as the main protein source and corn as the main carbohydrate source. It also contains a prebiotic that is proven to help improve digestion.

Containing Omega 3 & 6 fatty acids and seaweed, that is rich in iodine, both of which are necessary for many functions including the growth and repair of tissues and to help promote healthy skin and coat.

The recipe contains oils and minerals for joint health and compounds that promote an efficient anti-oxidant system to minimise joint inflammation.

Crunchy biscuits help to prevent the build up of plaque and tartar, working with zinc and calcium to help maintain healthy teeth and gums.

Specifically developed for the maintenance and wellbeing of a normally active adult dog. Providing all the essential nutrients to keep dogs fit, happy and healthy throughout their life.

Poultry

Poultry meal is an excellent protein source used in our sensitive Chicken & Corn recipe and offers an alternative to a red meat diet. At Wafcol we don’t use any poultry meal from battery-reared chickens.

Corn

Corn (or maize) is an excellent carbohydrate source within an extruded diet and is often used as a replacement for wheat. Corn is used in two of our diets within the sensitive range; Chicken & Corn and Ocean Fish & Corn, however if a cereal free diet is desired our Salmon & Potato diet fulfils this need.

Soya

Soya is a natural source of plant based protein. Soya flour can be used as an alternative to wheat when a gluten free diet is required.

Seaweed

Seaweed is rich in iodine which is an important trace mineral that is necessary for many functions including the growth and repair of tissues and to help promote healthy skin and hair.

Sunflower Oil

Sunflower oil is a natural vegetable oil that is a good source of Omega-6 fatty acid – also known as linolenic acid.

Prebiotic MOS & FOS

MOS (Mannan-oligosaccharides) and FOS (Fructo-oligosaccharides) help promote optimal nutritional uptake and remove harmful bacteria, reducing digestive upsets.

Vitamins, Minerals & Trace Elements

All our diets are nutritionally complete and provide a full complement of vitamins and minerals necessary for growth, repair and maintenance. This includes essential macro and micro trace elements such as calcium, phosphorous, sodium, potassium, zinc, iron, iodine and copper. The vitamins included in our diets cover the fat-soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A, D, E and K, along with the water-soluble vitamins such as B1, B6, B12, Folic Acid and Pantothenic acid.

Delivery & Returns

Unfortunately, once placed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have any queries regarding our foods or your order, please call our enquiries line on 0115 938 1242 before proceeding to checkout.

Orders made and paid for before 11am (Monday to Friday) will be picked & dispatched the same day, any orders after this time will be picked the following working day.

Standard delivery is next working day after dispatch. If an email address and mobile number are provided, you will receive tracking updates. Please therefore allow 3 working days for delivery (Day 1 order after 12pm, Day 2 despatch, Day 3 delivery).

Please be aware that unfortunately any orders with a ‘please leave in safe place’ instruction will not be valid for claims of damages or missing goods, as we cannot be held responsible for these.

If you do not leave any instructions for goods to be left in a safe place, and you are not home for the delivery, the courier will leave a card with details for you to call them and re-arrange delivery.

Any visible damages must be noted on the delivery documents when signing to acknowledge delivery.

Complaints must be notified to Wafcol on 0115 938 1242 or enquiries@wafcol.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Any longer than this will result in your claim being rejected.

Returns must be at your own expense if due to customer error (unwanted goods, duplicate order etc.). Goods should be returned to; Wafcol Returns, Armitage House, Colwick, Nottingham, NG4 2BA. You would also need to inform us of the return on 0115 938 1242 or enquiries@wafcol.co.uk , and all goods must be returned in a saleable condition or we will be unable to refund.

Delivery costs are £4.95 for orders up to £49.99, and free for orders over £50 for mainland UK. Unfortunately, we can’t offer next day delivery. If your needs are urgent please ring 0115 938 1242, or visit https://www.wafcol.co.uk/stockists/ for your nearest stockist.

Orders outside of Mainland UK – at this point we are unable to offer deliveries outside of Mainland UK.
