Unfortunately, once placed orders cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have any queries regarding our food or your order, please call our enquiries line on 0115 938 1242 before proceeding to checkout.
Orders made and paid for before 11am (Monday to Friday) will be picked and dispatched the same day, any orders after this time will be picked the following working day.
Standard delivery is next working day after dispatch. If an email address and mobile number are provided, you will receive tracking updates. Please therefore allow 3 working days for delivery (Day 1 order after 12pm, Day 2 despatch, Day 3 delivery).
Please be aware that unfortunately any orders with a ‘please leave in safe place’ instruction will not be valid for claims of damages or missing goods, as we cannot be held responsible for these.
If you do not leave any instructions for goods to be left in a safe place, and you are not home for the delivery, the courier will leave a card with details for you to call them and re-arrange delivery.
Any visible damages must be noted on the delivery documents when signing to acknowledge delivery.
Complaints must be notified to Wafcol on 0115 938 1242 or enquiries@wafcol.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Any longer than this will result in your claim being rejected.
Returns must be at your own expense if due to customer error (unwanted goods, duplicate order etc). Goods should be returned to; Wafcol Returns, Armitage House, Colwick, Nottingham, NG4 2BA. You would also need to inform us of the return on 0115 938 1242 or enquiries@wafcol.co.uk , and all goods must be returned in a saleable condition or we will be unable to refund.

Orders outside of Mainland UK – at this point we are unable to offer deliveries outside of Mainland UK.
