Terms and conditions

1. The Competition is organised by Armitage Pet Care, Armitage House, Colwick, Nottingham, NG4 2BA.

2. Employees (or members of the families or households of employees) of Armitage Pet Care or any company involved in the Competition are not eligible to enter the Competition. Armitage Pet Care reserves the right not to award a prize (and to select an alterative winner) if Armitage Pet Care is aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that a winner is not eligible.

3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Armitage Pet Care shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Qualifying Entrants

4. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Armitage Pet Care reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

5. The competition is only open to residents of the United Kingdom and you are not entitled to enter the Competition if you are resident outside of the United Kingdom

Prizes

6. Winners who find a Golden Ticket can claim their prize by calling 0115 9381248 or emailing goldenticket@wafcol.co.uk. You will need to quote the Golden Ticket reference number printed on the ticket and tell us the breed and weight of your dog. Armitage Pet Care may ask for proof of a winning ticket and cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered tickets. There are 5 Golden Tickets to be won. Only one prize will be awarded per household.

7. The prize is one years supply of Wafcol dog food for one dog. This will be calculated based on an average feed for the winning owner's dog. The food supplied will be either Wafcol Salmon and Potato Small/Medium or Wafcol Salmon and Potato Large/Giant depending on the bread of dog and preference of owner.

8. Closing date for winners to claim their prize is 31st July 2012.

9. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Armitage Pet Care reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

10. The address you provide as the 'winner' with your competition entry will be used to send prizes to so please make sure this is correct. If a winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable amount of time and reasonable attempts have been made, Armitage Pet Care reserve the right to cancel the prize.

Data Protection and Publicity

11. Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and Armitage Pet Care reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.

12. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. Data relating to entrants will be retained by Armitage Pet Care for a reasonable period after the Competition closes to assist Armitage Pet Care to operate competitions in a consistent manner and to deal with any queries on the Competition.
